MEET JASON, FOUNDER OF INSPIRED ITERATIONS
From leading airfield seizures in the military to driving organizational transformations in fintech, Jason draws on challenging and diverse leadership experience to support leaders and their teams to thrive in uncertainty and embrace new ways of working.
As a former Army officer turned technology leader, Jason has worked with high-performing teams with cutting-edge operating systems around the globe. His military background equips him with battlefield-honed expertise in mission command—a strategic approach focused on guiding teams with clear intent, fostering purpose-driven leadership, and continuously improving collaboration, planning, and execution.
In the corporate world, Jason has developed expertise across manufacturing, healthcare, higher education, and financial services, specializing in organizational development, systems theory, leader growth, and change management. He has led numerous successful organizational transformations, redesigning operating models to be more customer- and product-focused. His experience shows that organizations thrive when leaders pursue their purpose, offer clarity and trust, and create adaptable systems that respond to change.
Jason has over 2500 hours of combined team and executive coaching and has completed over 200 hours of coach training. He is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and is trained in Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC). A West Point graduate with a BS in mechanical engineering, Jason also holds an MBA with a graduate certificate in Marketing Analytics and an MA in higher education administration. He is a Certified Organizational Coach and Mentor Coach through Solutions Academy, where he mentors other coaches. He is nearing completion of a Coach Supervision program and the Advanced Certificate in Team Coaching from ICF.
Jason lives in Apex, NC, with his wife and three young children, whom he considers his most important coaching responsibility. He is deeply committed to guiding and nurturing them as they grow. He treasures family time, whether it’s cooking meals together, sharing conversations at the dinner table, or exploring North Carolina’s beautiful landscapes, from the Outer Banks to the Blue Ridge Mountains. An enthusiastic reader (or audiobook listener), Jason also finds joy in windsurfing, mountain biking, and tackling DIY projects around the house, always eager to build or fix something new.
