Tri-person meeting with coaching sponsor at kick-off and mid-point
Goal identification, action plan creation, and progress tracking
Tailored development exercises, including reflection points throughout your journey
Curated leadership development reading lists and other resources
Custom coaching journal to record thoughts and progress every day
Phone and email support between scheduled sessions
